
Incheon International Airport Corporation, launched the 'Aloha Express' cargo route, via Hawaii, to the U.S. On July 11, it links Air Premia’s Incheon-Honolulu flight, with Amazon Air Cargo.
The first shipment, began on July 9. From Honolulu, it connects, to Amazon’s 45 cargo hubs, cutting time, and costs, by up to 20%.
Developed to address, rising U.S. B2C demand, and supply shortages, it’s expected, to generate 12,000 tons, of new cargo annually, boosting Asia-U.S. networks.
President Lee Hak-jae, stated, amid global crises, new routes, will secure Incheon’s edge. Exporter support, is anticipated.
