To prepare for the commercialization of the Arctic Route, a new Arctic Route Team is being set up, under the Global Business Division. The International Logistics Support Department, will be upgraded to a division, to systematically advance Arctic Route development. This team will oversee, all processes from policy to implementation.

To build an eco-friendly port, the Eco-Friendly Port Department will strengthen its role, and a new Energy Independence Business Team will be created.
