풀무원이 무인 키오스크 플랫폼 출출박스로 주문을 받은 뒤, 식품 공급이 어려운 지역에 신선식품을 드론으로 보내는 사업을 시작한다고 10일 밝혔습니다.회사는 산간·도서 등 이른바 식품 공급 취약 지역에 소규모 물류 거점인 엠에프씨(MFC)를 두고, 출출박스 앱 주문과 결제가 이뤄지면 그 거점에서 드론으로 지정 장소까지 보낸다고 설명했습니다. 콜드체인과 드론 업체 시스템을 연결했다고 했습니다.첫 사업지는 충남 당진시 난지도입니다. 당진시, 드론 업체 니나노컴퍼니와 업무협약을 맺었고, 올해 7월 시연에서 나온 주민 의견도 품목에 반영했다고 밝혔습니다. 품목은 두부, 콩나물, 나또 같은 냉장 신선식품과 피자, 치킨 같은 냉동 간편식입니다. 앱 주문이 기본이고, 전화 주문도 받습니다.출출박스는 2019년 나온 뒤 기업·공공기관 복지용으로 주로 쓰여 왔습니다. 풀무원은 경북 김천시와도 국토교통부 드론 실증도시 사업 협업을 준비 중이며, 다른 지자체 확대도 검토한다고 했습니다.전국 상용 서비스가 아니라, 발표 기준 당진 난지도에서 시작하는 모델입니다. Pulmuone said on the 10th that it will start drone delivery of fresh food to areas with weak food supply, taking orders through its unmanned kiosk platform Chulchul Box.The company said it will first stock small micro-fulfillment sites, or MFCs, then fly chilled goods from those sites to a set drop-off when a customer orders and pays on the Chulchul Box app. It said its cold chain is linked with a drone operator’s system.The first site is Nanjido in Dangjin, South Chungcheong. Pulmuone signed a memorandum with Dangjin city and drone firm Ninanocompaney, and said comments from a July demonstration were reflected in the assortment. Items include refrigerated tofu, bean sprouts and natto, and frozen pizza and chicken. Orders go through the app, with phone orders also available.Chulchul Box launched in 2019 and has mainly served company and public-office welfare.
