씨제이대한통운(CJ대한통운)이 경기도 용인 양지 올리브영 물류센터에 휴머노이드 양팔 로봇 2대를 배치해 포장 공정에 투입했다고 3일 밝혔습니다. 로봇은 포장 라인에서 박스 안에 완충재를 넣는 작업을 합니다. 로봇이 작업한 박스에는 작업자가 주문 상품을 담고, 이후 고객에게 배송됩니다.회사는 2025년 하반기 군포 풀필먼트센터에서 현장 적용 가능성을 검증한 뒤, 실제 고객 물류를 처리하는 운영 공정으로 범위를 넓혔다고 설명했습니다. 물류업계 최초 상용 적용이라는 표현은 회사 측 발표입니다.앞으로는 현장에서 쌓인 작업 데이터를 로봇 파운데이션 모델, 알에프엠(RFM) 학습에 다시 써서 피킹, 분류, 검수, 포장으로 적용을 확대할 계획입니다. 하드웨어는 로보티즈, 로봇핸드는 에이딘로보틱스, 알에프엠은 리얼월드와 협력한다고 밝혔습니다. CJ Logistics said on September 3 that it has placed two dual-arm humanoid robots at the Yangji Olive Young logistics center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, and put them on the packing line. The robots insert cushioning material into boxes. After that step, workers place the ordered items in the boxes, and the parcels go out to customers.The company said it first tested site feasibility in the second half of 2025 at its Gunpo fulfillment center, then moved the robots onto a live operation that handles actual customer orders. The claim that this is the first commercial use of humanoids in a logistics process is the company’s statement.CJ Logistics said it will feed work data from the site back into a robot foundation model, or RFM, and plans to expand from cushioning to picking, sorting, inspection and packing.
