중고나라가 공식 배송 서비스 ‘문앞택배’를 정식 출시하고, 이달 말까지 배송비 지원 프로모션을 진행한다고 2일 밝혔습니다.문앞택배는 상품 등록부터 결제, 배송까지 앱에서 진행하는 서비스입니다. 판매자가 등록 단계에서 해당 옵션을 선택한 뒤 상품을 포장해 지정 장소에 두면, 택배사가 수거해 구매자가 입력한 주소로 배송합니다. 구매자는 앱에서 배송 현황을 확인할 수 있습니다.기존에도 앱에서 방문택배를 연동해 왔지만, 이번 출시로 등록 단계부터 배송을 선택할 수 있게 절차를 단순화했다고 설명했습니다. 배송 가능 물품가액 한도는 기존 50만 원 이하에서 최대 300만 원 이하로 올렸고, 상품 금액에 따라 요금 구간도 나눴습니다. 연내에는 상대방에게 주소와 연락처를 노출하지 않고 발송하는 기능도 추가할 예정입니다.프로모션은 9월 30일까지입니다. 안심결제로 7만 원 초과 상품을 팔고 문앞택배로 기간 내 거래를 마치면, 건당 배송비를 최대 5천 원까지 횟수 제한 없이 정산 때 자동 지원합니다. Joonggonara said on the 2nd that it has officially launched its in-app delivery service, Doorstep Delivery, and will run a shipping-fee promotion through the end of this month.The service covers listing, payment and delivery inside the app. After a seller selects the option at listing and leaves a packed item at a designated spot, a courier picks it up and delivers it to the address entered by the buyer. Buyers can track the shipment in the app.The company already offered visit-courier booking in the app, but said the new service simplifies the flow by letting sellers choose delivery at the listing stage. The eligible item-value cap was raised from 500,000 won to 3 million won, and shipping fees were split into tiers by item price. A feature that ships without exposing the other party’s address or phone number is planned later this year.The promotion runs through September 30. Sellers who complete a transaction in the period using Joonggonara’s secure payment on items priced above 70,000 won, and who use Doorstep Delivery, receive shipping support of up to 5,000 won per order with no cap on the number of uses.
