쿠팡파트너스연합회가 국회에 발의된 새벽·야간 배송 제한 법안에 반대하며 철회를 요구했습니다.연합회는 쿠팡로지스틱스서비스와 위수탁 계약을 맺은 배송 위탁사 협의체입니다. 지난달 31일 성명을 내고, 생활물류서비스산업발전법 개정안 2건과 산업안전보건법 개정안 1건의 철회를 주장했습니다.박홍배 의원 등이 발의한 안은 야간작업을 월 최대 12회, 연속 최대 3일 등으로 제한하는 내용을 담고 있습니다. 연합회는 건강권 보호 취지에는 공감하지만, 현장 의견이 충분히 반영되지 않았다고 밝혔습니다.연합회가 지난달 26일부터 28일까지 영업점 소속 택배기사 3319명을 대상으로 한 조사에서는, 작업시간 제한에 95.9%가 반대했다고 합니다. 월 12회 제한에는 97.7%, 주 30시간 이내 제한에는 97.4%가 반대했다고 발표했습니다. 소득이 줄면 다른 일을 병행하겠다는 응답은 48.8%였습니다. The Coupang Partners Association has called for the withdrawal of National Assembly bills that would restrict dawn and night deliveries.The association represents delivery contractors that have consignment agreements with Coupang Logistics Service. In a statement on August 31, it urged the withdrawal of two proposed amendments to the Living Logistics Service Industry Development Act and one amendment to the Occupational Safety and Health Act.Bills sponsored by lawmaker Park Hong-bae and others would limit night work to a maximum of 12 times a month and no more than three consecutive days, among other caps. The association said it agrees with the aim of protecting workers’ health, but argued that field opinions were not sufficiently reflected.In a survey of 3,319 delivery drivers at affiliated branches from August 26 to 28, the association said 95.9 percent opposed statutory limits on working hours. Opposition was 97.7 percent to a 12-shift monthly cap and 97.4 percent to a 30-hour weekly cap.
