교원그룹의 물류 계열사 교원스타트원이 물류 자동화 투자에 속도를 내고 있다고 26일 밝혔습니다.3D 소터와 T 소터 등 자동 분류설비부터 자율주행이동로봇(AMR), 스마트 자동봉함기까지 단계적으로 설비를 확대하고, 시스템 연계를 강화해 운영 효율을 높이겠다는 계획입니다.2024년부터 자동화를 추진해 온 교원스타트원은 지난해 3D 소터와 T 소터를 도입한 데 이어, 올해 파주 물류센터에서 AMR 개념검증과 시뮬레이션을 거친 뒤 AMR을 도입했습니다. 7월에는 스마트 자동봉함기를 추가로 설치하고, 물류관리시스템(WMS)과 AMR·자동봉함기를 연계하는 시스템 개발과 통합 테스트를 완료했습니다.오는 9월에는 안성 물류센터에도 AMR을 도입하고, 다양한 형태의 상품 포장을 자동화하는 스마트 베거 도입도 추진할 예정입니다. 아울러 물류 데이터를 AI와 연계해 물량 예측과 인력 계획을 지원하는 지능형 풀필먼트 체계 구축도 단계적으로 진행할 계획입니다.화장품·뷰티와 패션 분야를 중심으로 풀필먼트 사업도 확대한다는 방침입니다 Kyowon Start One, the logistics affiliate of Kyowon Group, announced on the 26th that it is accelerating investment in logistics automation.The company plans to expand automation equipment step by step, including 3D sorters, T sorters, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), and smart automatic sealing machines, while strengthening system integration to improve operational efficiency.Since 2024, Kyowon Start One has introduced 3D and T sorters last year. This year it conducted an AMR proof-of-concept and simulation at its Paju logistics center before deploying the robots. In July it added a smart automatic sealing machine and completed system development and integration tests linking the warehouse management system (WMS) with AMR and the sealing equipment.In September the company plans to introduce AMR at its Anseong center and pursue the introduction of a smart bagger to expand packaging automation.
