CJ올리브네트웍스가 HD현대일렉트릭 청주 배전캠퍼스에 차세대 물류 시스템(WMS) 구축을 완료했다고 11일 밝혔습니다.청주 배전캠퍼스는 기중차단기, 진공차단기, 배선용차단기 등 5만여 종의 배전기기를 생산하는 시설로, 2만5000평 부지에 분산돼 있던 생산·설계·물류 기능을 통합한 스마트 생산기지입니다. 지난해 12월 가동을 시작했습니다.CJ올리브네트웍스는 ERP, MES, WCS, 물류 자동화 설비와 외부 시스템을 하나의 플랫폼으로 연결하고 실시간 데이터 기반 통합 관제 체계를 구현했습니다. 통합 관제 대시보드와 지능형 작업 관리(WAVE) 등을 적용해 물류 흐름을 직관적으로 파악할 수 있도록 했습니다.자율주행 물류로봇(AMR), 자동 케이스 처리 로봇(ACR), 물류 셔틀 등과 연동해 자재 입고부터 디팔레타이징, 라인 배송, 완제품 출하까지 전 과정을 데이터 기반으로 운영합니다. CJ Olive Networks announced on the 11th that it has completed the construction of a next-generation Warehouse Management System (WMS) at HD Hyundai Electric’s Cheongju Distribution Campus.The Cheongju campus produces approximately 50,000 types of distribution equipment, including air circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers, and molded case circuit breakers. It is a smart production base on a 25,000-pyeong site that integrates production, design, and logistics functions previously dispersed across multiple locations, and began operations in December last year.CJ Olive Networks connected ERP, MES, WCS, logistics automation equipment, and external systems into a single platform and implemented a real-time data-based integrated control system. Features such as an integrated control dashboard and intelligent work management (WAVE) allow operators to intuitively monitor logistics flows.The system is linked with autonomous mobile robots (AMR), automatic case-handling robots (ACR), and logistics shuttles to manage the entire process from material inbound to depalletizing, line delivery, and finished goods outbound on a data-driven basis.
