쿠팡 대리점 계약서가 택배노동자들을 보호하기는커녕 오히려 불이익을 강요하는 수단으로 쓰이고 있다는 주장이 제기됐습니다.전국택배노동조합은 13일 국회 소통관에서 기자회견을 열고, 전국 6개 지역 24개 쿠팡CLS 대리점의 위수탁계약서 26건을 분석한 결과를 발표했습니다.노조에 따르면, 개정 생활물류법 시행령이 정한 12개 필수 기재사항을 모두 제대로 적은 계약서는 단 한 건도 없었습니다. 대부분의 계약서에서 담당구역란에 ‘전주’ 단 두 글자만 적혀 있거나 ‘별도협의’라고만 써 놓아, 구역 변경이나 야간배송 배정을 마음대로 할 수 있게 만들었다고 합니다.특히 전북 전주 ㈜정직한물류 사례가 공개됐습니다. 주간 고정 기사들에게 갑자기 야간 신규 라우트를 배정하고, 주5일 근무를 주6일로 바꾸는 등 일방적인 스케줄 변경이 이뤄졌습니다. 노조는 “계약서 담당구역이 ‘전주’ 두 글자뿐이라 어떤 라우트로 돌려도, 야간으로 바꿔도 계약 위반이 아니라고 주장할 수 있는 구조”라고 지적했습니다.또한 표준계약서 의무화 이후에도 단가 50원 삭감된 계약서에 서명하라고 강요하고, 서명하지 않으면 용차 비용을 전가하거나 ‘노쇼’ 처리, 즉시 해지 위협을 한 사례도 나왔습니다.노조는 국토교통부에 쿠팡 대리점 계약서 전수 실태조사와 시정 절차 마련을 촉구했습니다. In most contracts, the service area was listed simply as “Jeonju” (two characters) or “to be discussed separately,” allowing the agency to freely change routes or assign night delivery without it being considered a contract violation.A specific case from Jeonju’s Jeongjikhan Logistics was revealed. Daytime fixed-route drivers were suddenly assigned new night routes and had their five-day workweek changed to six days without agreement.
