오뚜기가 해외 시장 확대에 본격적으로 속도를 내고 있습니다.K-푸드 수요 증가에 대응하기 위해 울산 삼남공장 부지에 ‘삼남 글로벌 로지스틱스 센터’를 완공했다고 19일 밝혔습니다.삼남 글로벌 로지스틱스 센터는 지하 1층부터 지상 5층까지, 연면적 5560평 규모의 자동화 창고입니다. 최대 9980팔레트까지 보관할 수 있어 수출 물량을 신속하게 처리할 수 있는 글로벌 물류 거점 역할을 하게 됩니다.센터에는 창고관리시스템(WMS)과 창고제어시스템(WCS)을 도입해 입출고, 피킹, 스티커 작업 등 물류 전 과정을 자동화했습니다. 이를 통해 물류 처리 속도를 높이고 운영 정확도를 개선할 계획입니다.오뚜기는 최근 해외 매출 비중이 꾸준히 확대되고 있습니다. 올해 1분기 기준 해외 매출 비중은 11.5%로 전년 동기 대비 증가했으며, 미국, 일본, 베트남 등에 법인을 두고 현지 영업을 강화하고 있습니다. 특히 미국에는 생산공장 건설도 추진 중입니다.이번 물류센터 완공은 생산 인프라와 물류 인프라를 동시에 확충해 글로벌 공급망 안정성을 높이겠다는 전략으로 풀이됩니다. 라면과 소스, 조미식품, 할랄 인증 제품 등 다양한 제품군의 수출 물량 증가에 안정적으로 대응할 수 있는 기반을 마련한 것입니다.오뚜기 측은 “글로벌 수요가 성장하는 가운데 삼남 글로벌 로지스틱스 센터가 물류 경쟁력을 강화하는 핵심 거점이 될 것”이라고 밝혔습니다. It can store up to 9,980 pallets, enabling faster and more stable handling of export volumes as a key global logistics hub.The facility is equipped with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS), automating the entire logistics process including inbound/outbound operations, picking, and labeling. This is expected to improve processing speed and operational accuracy.Ottogi’s overseas sales have been steadily increasing. In the first quarter of this year, overseas sales accounted for 11.5% of total revenue, up from the previous year. The company operates subsidiaries in the US, Japan, and Vietnam, and is currently constructing a production plant in the United States.The completion of the logistics center is seen as part of Ottogi’s strategy to simultaneously strengthen both production and logistics infrastructure, ensuring supply chain stability and enhancing global competitiveness.
